Graphic designer and photographer, Alain Pons is for sure a man of image! For many years, his pictures have been published in the national and international press magazines or used in adverstising and shown in numerous exhibitions. He is the author or co-author of several books including Nature 86, Camargue Sauvage, Objectifs Nature. For a few years he decided to make his own publishing. He has already released a collection of five geo-photographical guides about Tanzania, Namibia, Kenya, Botswana, and India, a trip to the tiger country, and is preparing the next ones. His most personal work is a magnificient book entitles Fauves d'Afrique. A selection of outstanding pictures shows his true passion for the African big cats. But he prefers to be in the field with the wild animals, trying again and always to get the best shots, in the finest lights and atmospheres, feeling as free as those untamed creatures are.
